Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project life cycle for Building projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee site operations, project planning, coordination, and execution in accordance with project specifications and statutory requirements.
• Manage project teams, including consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, to achieve project milestones and performance targets.
• Monitor and control project budgets, progress, schedules, and cost variations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality assurance, and environmental requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, and relevant authorities to resolve project and technical issues promptly.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction
• Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial, institutional, or residential building projects.
