Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for multiple large-scale building projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and project targets.
• Oversee the full project life cycle, including planning, design coordination, execution, and handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and quality standards across all project phases.
• Lead and mentor senior project managers, site managers, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver results.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Proven track record in leading multiple high-value commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Extensive knowledge of statutory requirements, safety regulations, and construction best practices in Singapore.
