Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead equity and debt initiatives, including placements, rights issues, and refinancing
• Manage banking relationships and optimize the balance sheet for operations and projects
• Translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for CEO and Board
• Drive investor relations with a consistent, credible financial narrative
• Ensure governance and compliance add value beyond routine finance

Expertise

• CFO or senior finance leader in a listed or capital-market-facing environment
• Strong expertise in capital raising, banking negotiations, and investor relations
• Ability to influence and advise the Board with clarity and strategic insight
• Candidate with experience in project financing will have a added advantages
