About the Job

Project Director to lead and manage multiple Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects, including MRT, viaducts, and major road works, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Lead, plan, and manage multiple LTA projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with LTA standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, risk management plans, and cost controls.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal management.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, with proven experience managing multiple LTA projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
• Experience with viaduct, MRT, and road construction projects is highly preferred.
