Role Overview:

Senior Contract Manager - The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, securing new projects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive business growth through effective contract negotiation and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead contract management activities for building projects, including tendering, negotiation, and finalization of contracts.
• Maintain and leverage a strong network of contacts with consultants, clients, and industry partners to identify and secure new project opportunities.
• Review, draft, and manage commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide strategic advice on contractual risks, claims, and commercial strategies to senior management. 
• Monitor project performance from a commercial perspective, including variations, claims, and final account settlements.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure contract terms are executed effectively, mitigating disputes and maximizing profitability.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, tenders, and client presentations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management with a main contractor or similar environment in the building industry.
• Strong network of industry contacts with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Proven track record of clinching and managing high-value projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and dispute resolution
